Join the Alaska Travel Industry Association Today!

When you join ATIA and let us help promote you, we'll be out in the marketplace encouraging visitors to keep coming to Alaska and to your business. Supporting ATIA with your membership and with your participation in our Cooperative Marketing Programs strengthens Alaska's overall tourism marketing efforts.

Participation in ATIA's cooperative marketing programs by large and small Alaskan tourism businesses is required to receive state matching funding - every dollar you spend with us is matched by the state.

Affiliate members are also important contributors to our organization. Many businesses benefit from travel and tourism but don't serve visitors directly. An Affiliate Membership is the perfect way to show support for the industry and have your voice included in ATIA's efforts in the policy arena. There are also opportunities to reach out to the ATIA membership.

  • Affiliate - for businesses that want to market to tourism businesses, or support Alaska's tourism marketing efforts.
  • Tourism Advocate - Entry level membership with limited benefits.

 Affiliate Membership:
Many non-tourism industry businesses receive significant revenue from the visitor industry, but don't participate in marketing to visitors. An affiliate membership offers these businesses an opportunity to support and network with the industry. To qualify, businesses and organization would derive less than 10 percent of revenues from goods and/or services sold directly to visitors. Examples of affiliate members include suppliers, advertising and PR firms, printers, insurance companies, phone companies, charities, some government agencies, media , financial services and other vendors of goods and services.

 Tourism Advocate Membership (no co-op advertising benefits):
This is an alternative membership for individuals and small businesses that want to be involved in our advocacy efforts and receive newsletters and other information but do not want to participate in our co-op advertising programs.
