Here is the information you'll need to prepare for the 2007 Fly-In in Juneau.
Preparation for Legislative Meetings:
We've prepared lot's of information for you to use when meeting with legislators - facts, figures, statistics and talking points. But the most important thing is for you to tell the story of your business and why destination marketing is important to your business' success. We'll also have a briefing Thursday morning to help you be comfortable with the message we're giving the legislature.
Meeting Facilities:
The Marketing Committee and Board of Directors meetings locations will be announced shortly. Legislative Meetings will be held on the hill in legislative offices.
An April 11th Fly-in pre-meeting briefing is scheduled from 7:30 - 8:30 am (at the Baranof Hotel) for delegates to pick up their meeting materials and appointment schedules and to get tips from our lobbyists. After our day on the hill, we'll have a "de-brief" - also at the Baranof.
