Here is the information you need to make arrangements for your transportation and stay in Juneau.
Transportation:
Alaska Airlines constituent fare is available through the Alaska Airlines website.
You will need your Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan number to access the special fare.
Accommodations:
A room block has been set for the Fly-In at the Westmark Baranof Hotel in Downtown Juneau. The rate is $119 per night, single / double occupancy, not including applicable taxes.
You must identify yourself as being with the Alaska Travel Industry Association to obtain this rate. Reservations will need to be made no later than March 25, 2007. After 3/25/07 the block will be released and there is no guarantee on availability or rate.

Meeting Facilities:
The Marketing Committee and Board of Directors meetings locations will be announced shortly. Legislative Meetings will be held on the hill in legislative offices.
An April 11th Fly-in pre-meeting briefing is scheduled from 7:30 - 8:30 am (at the Baranof Hotel) for delegates to pick up their meeting materials and appointment schedules and to get tips from our lobbyists. After our day on the hill, we'll have a "de-brief" - also at the Baranof.
