Food Server (Seasonal)

During our season, our dining venues can see upwards of 600 guests a day; you’ll be working in a high volume, fast-paced and exciting environment while being mentored by seasoned professionals.


  • Performs a variety of high-level customer service standards and sales tasks.
  • Routinely, takes food and beverage orders, serve guests, and collect payment.
  • Answers customer queries.


  • Must have or be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handler Card.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a valid Techniques in Alcohol Management (TAMS) card.
  • Minimum age of 21 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs./23 kg in a team environment and stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Working knowledge of basic mathematics is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally, and written, with customers, employees, and management.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintain attention to accuracy and detail while working in a team or group environment.
  • One year of experience in positions involving serving, customer service, or bussing.
