Job Description

The Pangaea Adventures Office Manager primarily runs the office, is responsible for bookings, guest interactions, email and telephone communications, managing the water taxi schedule, creating the guide and trip schedules, keeping on top of accounts receivable/payable, managing gear, updating social media content, working closely with all employees, all the while maintaining a clean, organized, fun and friendly atmosphere at our office on the harbor.
