Summary:This position is responsible for overseeing the personnel and operational functions of Delta Leasing and Alaska 4×4 Rentals in Fairbanks, AK. The person in this position will accomplish the requirements of this position by: managing the workforce, delivering quality customer service, maximizing sales and revenue, managing fleet inventory, scheduling adequate staff coverage, handling customer issues and requests, and training new personnel.
