Restaurant Supervisor- Eagles Nest

Duties Include: · Ensuring that the front-of-house operations are performed properly in the result of a Restaurant Manager not being present · Assist the Restaurant Manager in any capacity when needed · Ability to use effective management skills and communication to address staff · Use the proper disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance · Manage restaurant staff’s work schedules · Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure standards of sanitation are maintained · Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations · Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service · Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked · Monitor the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills · Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service · Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner · Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: · Experience in Management or equivalent to in the Restaurant industry is preferred · Fundamental understanding of the expected service and flow of operations for the front-of-house and overall Restaurant to be successful · Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, and money handling for processing transactions · Team leader with effective communication skills and customer service oriented · Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, delegate tasks, and instruct staff members · Food Handlers Certification · TAPS Certification · Must be legally able to serve alcohol · High school diploma or equivalent · Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Cape Fox Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibit employment decisions on the basis of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, or sexual orientation. Job Details

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee all front-of-house operations when a Restaurant Manager is not on site. Leadership starts with you creating a memorable dining experience for our guests and overseeing that the staff execute tasks. Primary responsibilities include delegating tasks to restaurant staff, addressing concerns made by customers, ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. They will also assist servers and hosts by greeting guests, setting tables, clearing tables, and serving food and drinks when needed. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills, along with experience in the food industry, we would like to meet you.
