The Server is charged with the interface with all guests who are taking part in the restaurant service options. This position is tasked with the daily execution of the buffet service, sanitation, and guests’ satisfaction as well as marketing the company’s soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverage options.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Receives and tends to guests and their requests during lunch service and additional shifts as delegated by the Restaurant Manager.
Supports the cooking staff in executing the daily service.
Supports the Restaurant Manager in all operational, sanitation, or inventory related matters.
Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant and its ancillary spaces.
Dishes and cleanliness in the kitchen in tandem with other kitchen staff.
Experience as a server desired.
Experience in beverage sales a plus.
Required Skills & Abilities
Good interpersonal experience for daily interactions with individual guests and groups.
Ability to work as part of a team and not only as part of the cooking staff.
Flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment to support the daily schedule.
Responsible for cleanliness to ensure an incident free work environment and service.
