Gold Daughters is a family owned and operated seasonal gold panning attraction in Fairbanks, Alaska that specializes in all day gold panning. Besides spreading gold fever, we also offer a large outdoor mining museum, fossil display and a gift shop. We have created a culture at Gold Daughters that is fun, exciting and impactful.

In just one summer season, expect to meet people from all over the world, work outside, and take away lessons and stories that will last a lifetime. You never know who you will meet and what an impact you can have by being a part of someone’s dream trip to Alaska!

We are looking for individuals that are outgoing, knowledgeable about Fairbanks/Alaska and who genuinely care about people.

Primary duties include: teaching the art of gold panning, helping customers find gold, and interacting with customers in a positive manner to ensure they have a great experience.

Other duties include, but are not limited to: making jewelry, executing sales, taking care of the property and equipment, etc.
No experience necessary, but a passion for people and a willingness to learn is a must. Experience in customer service, teaching, gold prospecting, sales and/or tourism is a plus.
