New York Media Event
ATIA's New York Media Event, Experience Alaska, returns in spring 2023! This is an opportunity for partners to meet with New York-based national consumer and travel trade writers and editors who are interested in telling Alaska stories.
This year's format will be a full day of editor briefings in a central Manhattan venue. Partners will have up to fifteen 30-minute one-on-one appointments with journalists during the day between 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Coffee, lunch, and snacks will be provided. There will also be a reception that evening for more networking opportunities.
EVENT DATE: April 25, 2023
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: February 22, 2023 (first come, first serve to first 15 partners)
COST: $3,000 per partner; $1,500 for second attendee
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Registration is limited to 15 Alaska tourism partners. Please note: upon paying for your registration for the New York Media Event in your Travel Alaska Partner Admin, ATIA staff will follow up with you to set up your one-on-one appointments.
LODGING:
Lodging is not included in the registration. ATIA has secured discounted hotel rooms at the Park Central Hotel. Partners can book at a nightly rate of $279 + tax. The link to book the hotel will be provided once you register.
