Convention Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your in-person or virtual convention and/or trade show registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $100 nonrefundable service charge, until September 30, 2022. Please send your cancellation in writing to email@example.com. Registrants who do not cancel in writing by the published date will be charged and will be liable for the full registration fee. All cancellation requests for both in-person and virtual registration after September 30, 2022, cannot be processed. If you are unable to participate in the event, we recommend sending an associate in your place at no additional fee or charge. We are unable to process any refunds or cancellations for the Pre-Convention Summit event on October 10. If you are unable to participate in person, ATIA will provide you the zoom link. Please contact Tay Clayton at Tclayton@alaskatia.org.
