  • TripAdvisor: Best Practices *New* – This session provides information to help business make the most of their TripAdvisor listing, including best practices for Management Responses, gathering more reviews and much more.

  • Media Relations Training – Presented by Kathy Day, APR, Owner of Kathy Day Public Relations (KD/PR) Virtual. For the last 25 years, Ms. Day has been one of the most active media relations consultants in Alaska pitching stories about everything from Alaska tourism to sport fishing issues and the importance of philanthropy. View this course to hear stories and tips on how to best build your own relationship with media.

Government Relations

  •  The State of Alaska Political Process – A Short Trip through the Sausage Factory – Presented by Ralph Samuels, VP for Government Affairs for Holland America Line. Mr. Samuels served from 2002-2008 in the Alaska Legislature, retiring as the House Majority Leader. Listen while Mr. Samuels includes his own personal experience and stories about navigating through the legislative process and how you can impact policy.
