The Meet Alaska Directory is a directory of Alaska tourism businesses interested in working with the Travel Trade (Group & FIT Tour Operators and Travel Advisors). This directory is distributed in hard-copy and on USB at travel trade shows attended by Travel Alaska.

ABA Marketplace
ABA Marketplace is one of North America’s leading business events for the motorcoach and group travel industry. The event brings together tour operators, motorcoach operators, destinations, attractions, accommodations, and other travel suppliers for prescheduled appointments, education, and networking focused on developing and expanding group travel business.
Travel Alaska Co-op Includes:
- Shared presence in the Travel Alaska booth, including brochure and collateral distribution
- Participation in the Alaska meeting/caucus held prior to the start of scheduled appointments
- Access to Travel Alaska’s destination marketing organization meeting notes, providing additional insight from appointments conducted throughout Marketplace
Important Note: Partners must be independently registered to attend ABA Marketplace. The Travel Alaska co-op fee does not include Marketplace registration, travel, lodging, or other attendance expenses. Learn more about ABA Marketplace.

Amazing Alaska Experience
The Amazing Alaska Experience brings 30 carefully vetted travel advisors to Alaska for an immersive combination of destination education, business development, networking, and firsthand experiences. Advisors are selected based on their current business, potential to sell Alaska, and interest in expanding their Alaska product knowledge. The program is designed to create meaningful connections between participating Alaska businesses and advisors who are actively selling—or well positioned to sell—Alaska. In addition to the main event, advisors may participate in pre- and post-event familiarization tours, giving them the firsthand knowledge and enthusiasm needed to confidently recommend Alaska to their clients.
Opportunities may include:
- Prescheduled one-on-one appointments through the Aurora Exchange
- Alaska Knowledge Treks featuring short, small-group destination or product presentations
- Trade show or networking participation
- Event registrations and access to participating travel advisors
- Sponsorship opportunities offering additional visibility and recognition
- Opportunities to host or support familiarization tour experiences
Participation options are offered separately, allowing partners to select the opportunities that best fit their goals and capacity. Availability is limited for several program elements

Travel Agent Forum
The Travel Agent Forum is a business-to-business event connecting destinations and travel suppliers with professional travel advisors. The program combines a trade show with education, networking, small-group Destination Roundtables, and prescheduled one-on-one meetings with highly qualified Travel Agent SELECT advisors.
Partners may select one of the following opportunities:
- Inclusion in the Travel Alaska destination presentation — limited to two partners
- Participation alongside Travel Alaska in prescheduled one-on-one meetings — limited to one partner
- Participation alongside Travel Alaska in the Destination Roundtable — limited to one partner
All co-op options include space within the Travel Alaska booth, providing an additional opportunity to meet advisors and distribute partner information during the trade show. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more about the Travel Agent Forum.

Seatrade Cruise Global
Seatrade Cruise Global is the leading annual business-to-business event for the international cruise industry. The event brings together cruise line executives, itinerary planners, port and destination representatives, tour operators, suppliers, and other cruise industry decision-makers for several days of meetings, education, networking, and industry events. Travel Alaska participates as a sponsor of Seatrade Cruise Global and hosts the Alaska Cruise Industry Reception on Tuesday during the conference. The reception provides an important opportunity to showcase Alaska and connect with cruise industry partners in a more relaxed setting.
Travel Alaska Co-op Includes:
- Sponsorship recognition for the Alaska Cruise Industry Reception
- Partner logo included on the reception invitation
- Partner logo displayed on screen during the reception
- Recognition in reception communications distributed to cruise industry attendees
- Opportunity to provide a high-quality branded gift for inclusion in the cruise industry attendee gift bags
Important Notes: Registration for Seatrade Cruise Global is separate and is not included with the co-op. Partners do not need to be registered for Seatrade to attend the Alaska Cruise Industry Reception, and sponsors do not need to attend either Seatrade or the reception to receive the included recognition and exposure. CMT Stuttgart
CMT Stuttgart is one of the world’s largest consumer travel and leisure shows, attracting approximately 268,000 visitors who are actively seeking inspiration and information for upcoming vacations. Held January 16–24, 2027, in Stuttgart, Germany, the show provides nine days of direct exposure to German travelers—an important audience for Alaska, particularly for outdoor adventure, wildlife, road trips, camping, winter travel, and northern lights experiences.
Travel Alaska Co-op Includes:
- Shared presence within Travel Alaska’s dedicated space in the Visit USA pavilion
- Opportunity to display and distribute partner brochures and collateral
- Partner representation by the Travel Alaska team throughout show
- Inclusion in the broader Alaska presence
- Direct exposure to German consumers interested in planning and booking Alaska travel
- Opportunities to provide special offers, itineraries, or other information that can help move interested travelers toward booking
Frankfurt Sales Calls: Participating partners will also have the opportunity to join Travel Alaska for sales calls in Frankfurt. These meetings will provide direct access to selected tour operators and travel trade partners, allowing participants to present their products, strengthen industry relationships, and explore opportunities for new or expanded Alaska programming.
Important Notes: CMT is primarily a consumer show rather than a traditional travel trade appointment event. Partners participating through the co-op are not required to attend in person; Travel Alaska can represent participating businesses and distribute their materials throughout the show. Travel, accommodations, and any separate show registration for partners choosing to attend are not included in the co-op fee. Learn more about CMT Stuttgart.
