Job Summary 
You will work closely with guests, travel agents and wholesale partners over the phone and through email to share the UnCruise Adventures small ship adventure experience. You will provide exceptional customer service while responding to inquiries, answering questions, making bookings, taking payments, etc. with the goal of bringing each conversation to a booking. Quickly developing a rapport with the caller, sharing your passion for the company and product, and utilizing appropriate information-building and closing techniques will help you to be successful. You will be working in a team environment.  

This is a full-time non-exempt position located in-person at the company’s headquarters in Seattle. This position is Tuesday – Saturday and reports to the Reservations Sales Manager. 

Essential Duties 
Answer incoming sales phone calls.  Develop a rapport with the caller while answering questions, making recommendations, and leading dialogue to a sales quote/booking 
Handle online booking inquiries; answer questions and fulfill booking requests   
Assist guest and travel partners with questions throughout the entire cruise booking cycle 
Build an understanding of our reservations system and Salesforce CRM system and create and update recordings accurately and timely 
Build /Maintain current knowledge of all destinations, vessels, onboard services, land programs and marketing initiatives 
Miscellaneous duties as assigned 

Qualifications 
Work experience in the travel sales industry and customer service arena 
BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience 
Advanced, proven sales skills. Strong understanding of developing a rapport with the caller, directing the call, and closing the sale 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, are essential 
Strong aptitude for technology and learning new systems.  Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and reservation/booking systems extremely helpful 
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload while managing multiple tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment 
Excellent follow through and attention to detail
