Alpine Air Alaska operates daily helicopter tours and charters from our base in Girdwood. We are looking for friendly, customer-oriented team players to join our Reservations and Customer Service team for the summer season in a fun, high-energy workplace. Expect to be on your feet talking,
laughing, and interacting with customers all day.

Applicants need to have excellent customer service skills and a postive attitude. Must be comfortable communicating with visitors and show a willingness to learn. Must be 17 or older to apply.

Responsibilities include:
- Cheerfully engaging with customers
- Providing information about our tours, taking reservations by phone and email
- Selling merchandise and processing payments
- Assisting guests with gear for glacier tours
- Loading/unloading aircraft
- Customer transportation
