Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping tables clean, sanitized and ready for new guests.
Move dirty dishes and glasses to proper locations throughout the restaurant.
Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Communicate with front of house staff what tables are clean or what might be needed.
Communicate with kitchen staff of what products you need.
Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
REQUIREMENTS

Must have or the ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handler’s Card
Must have a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska.
Minimum age of 21 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska.
Must support and comply with company health and safety standards.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs./23kg.
Ability to prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
You must also have the ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, supervise and manage staff.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.
Participates in HAP’s sustainability program, aka “Sustain Alaska & the Yukon”, and efforts by actively recycling (where available), reducing waste, and educating guests about our commitment to the environment.
Participate in HAP’s safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests.
