Guest Experience Manager/Executive Assistant (Full-time, year-round, remote)

Boardwalk’s oceanfront resort features world-class saltwater fishing, freshwater fishing, and spectacular Southeast Alaska eco tours. Our service is best-in-class. We are looking for a courteous and professional guest experience manager to join our team. You will recognize and enjoy the Boardwalk difference! We aren’t like all the other outfitters.

Responsibilities:
Manage online and telephone bookings
Attend to customer needs current and new customers
Manage the incoming chats through Podium
Respond to emails
Manage room assignments and assist with daily guest schedules
Collect payments from guests
Answer inquiries and provide information clearly and efficiently
Respond to all guests’ requests, problems, and complaints
Perform other duties as requested by management

Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous resort or hotel experience preferred
Above average communication skills
Friendly and polite
Active listener
Patient and personable
Willing to face and address sensitive and potentially volatile issues
Resourceful; able to problem solve on the fly
Organized, but not to a fault

Monday-Friday full-time, 8am-5pm
