JOB SUMMARY:
This position will oversee motorcoach operations in Anchorage, serving as the supervisor for all drivers and main contact for all motorcoach operational related queries. During the off-season this position will assist with recruiting and training, while also working with the Regional Manager in the interviewing and hiring of driver guides.

PAY: Salary with annual bonus and benefits

SCHEDULE: Full time

REPORTS TO: Regional Manager Southcentral Operations

RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES:
Include but aren’t limited to:
- Oversee and supervise daily operations for team of driver guides.
- Coordinate with Regional Manager to evaluate drivers and prescribe best practices to maintain optimal team performance.
- Maintain communications with Fleet Manager for fleet status availability.
- Confirm driver accreditations/certifications are up to date and valid.
- Work directly with dispatch team to ensure driver/guide availability and avoid schedule conflicts.
- Work with Regional Manager to recruit and hire drivers for seasonal positions.
- Work with Director of Operations in arrangement of recruiting and scheduling events.
- Coordinate with Tour Operations Manager to ensure all contracted customers’ business is operated successfully.
