Attention to detail, focus on task completion, and a love of wilderness are a must. Staff will have the support and freedom to design their workflow, with plenty of guest interaction and time off for exploring the incredible area trails, boating our lakes, and taking advantage of all we offer here in Wrangell St. Elias.

We do NOT have employee vehicles to drive. You must provide your own transportation to and from the lodge. During your shifts, everything on the property is within walking distance (
We are a family operation, in a spectacular off-grid wilderness setting; no drinking or drug use during scheduled work time.
Sharing stories with excited adventurers around a crackling campfire under the biggest sky, wetting a line in the mountain-ringed lake out back, or watching caribou meander below a forest ridge are how your days will end here.
