Inventory Manager - Logistics

This position will report to the Director of Logistics. This Inventory Manager position will manage key cruise and land tour clients as well as communicate with our hotel and vendor partners throughout Alaska and the Yukon.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities of the Inventory Manager include but are not limited to:

• Professionally handle email and phone communication with vendors, clients and team members

• Maintain lead communication with assigned clients: manage changes, updates and itinerary details.

• Manage and maintain vendor and hotel contracts, pricing and other details as needed

• Generate, maintain and update vendor and hotel block requests and sales reports

• Generate, maintain and update passenger manifests and reports

• Performs other duties as required
