Who YOU Are:

Call Center Agents are the heart and soul of Coastal Helicopters. This role is designed as an entry point into the industry that provides an opportunity to learn within a supportive team environment. They are our initial contact with guests whether they are directly booking tours through us or one of our amazing third party vendors. Our guests plan trips months in advance and Agents assist them right up until take off! Call Center Agents are:

- Punctual (timely; arrive to work dressed and ready for success)

- Mature (self-disciplined; can manage time/tasks with minimal supervision)

- Empathetic (can deliver bad news in a calm, gentle manner)

- Detail oriented

- Professional in demeanor (excellent verbal and written communication skills)

What YOU Do:

Call Center Agents report to the Sales and Marketing Manager but are under the direction of the Lead Call Center Agent. Additionally, agents work closely with: Lead Dock Rep, Dock Reps, and Dispatch. This is an office based role in the Call Center at Coastal Helicopters. General priorities include:

- Answering phone calls and responding to emails regarding our products

- Accurately generate bookings for guests on our tours including last minute/day of sales

- Ensuring FareHarbor is kept up to date

- Maintaining communication with the vendors who sell our tours

- Staying apprised of the Cruise Ship schedule and any itinerary changes

- Communicating with Manager on Duty and Dispatch about any last-minute passenger updates (i.e. Carseat, ADA, etc)

- With the assistance of the Lead Dock Rep, communicate any itinerary changes/weather cancellations to guests

What YOU Need:

- 18+ years old

- Permission to work in the U.S. unrestricted - Coastal Helicopters is unable to sponsor Visa holders

- Customer service experience in a high call volume capacity preferred

- Basic computer skills including Google Sheets and email etiquette

Job Type:

- Pay starting at $19/hr

- Full Season (April 20, 2026 through October 1 2026)

- Peak Season

- Partial Season

- Some may start in March if available
