Outbound Heli Adventures is seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Van Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by safely transporting guests to and from their helicopter adventures while ensuring smooth communication with our base operations team. Most transport is between Anchorage and Palmer. But it can also include Eagle River, Wasilla and Palmer transports.

Hours: Schedule will vary daily based on guest transportation needs. Transportation is available year-round, 7 days a week and between the hours of 6am and 10pm.

Pay: $20/hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from their helicopter adventure with Outbound Heli Adventures.

• Communicate guest arrival times and relevant information to the base representative to ensure efficient operations.

• Maintain the company shuttle van, including weekly cleaning and general upkeep of the interior and exterior.

• Provide welcoming, professional experience for guests during transportation.

• Assist with other operational needs as required, including supporting ground crew with daily tasks, guest check-in, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 25 years of age or older.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no infractions.

• Strong communication skills and reliability.

• Friendly, professional, and guest-service oriented.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor tourism environment.

• Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties when needed.
