We are seeking experienced driver/guides for the 2027 season. Our drivers excel at guest service by being prompt, engaging, and safe. Drivers are empowered to make decisions that enhance our guests experiences.

A candidate for this position should possess a CDL A or B with passenger endorsement, meet all DOT requirements including a medical card, pass pre-employment and random drug screenings, and background checks. Ideally, have a year or two of motorcoach experience in Alaska with solid references in the industry. You must take pride in our coaches by making sure they are always as clean as possible.
