On-property crew positions are seasonal (June-late August), full time, hourly, and based at Waterfall Resort on Prince of Wales Island. Employment on the island also includes free housing, food and very generous tips that are given to all employees!

Fish cutter duties include processing fish by filleting, head-n-tail, steaks, vacuum-packing, and flash-freezing fish caught by guests and crew. Cutters are also responsible for helping during turnover times, loading, and unloading freight and guests from floatplanes. This position starts at $10.85 + TIPS.
