RESERVATION AGENT: The Full-Time Reservation Agent will report to the Tour & Marketing Manager & Tour Ramp Operations Supervisor. Must have the ability to multitask, pay attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment, and dependable. Previous experience in the Tourism Industry preferred.

DUTIES:

1. Stay attentive to incoming emails and phone calls;
2. Enter reservations accurately into the reservation system;
3. Assist potential customers and wholesalers by answering any questions and explaining our tour products;
4. Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and special requests;
5. Assist with private tour & charter requests;
6. Monitor allotments for efficient aircraft scheduling;
7. Review reservations for accuracy & pending information;
8. Assist with inputting the tour schedule in the reservation system for upcoming summers;
9. Assist with cancellation notifications to wholesalers and process credit card refunds;
10. Assist with training Seasonal Reservation Agents;
11. Assist with creating and maintaining a Call Center Manual;
12. Perform prechecks on reservations;
13. Continuous contact with Tour Operations regarding reservation add-ons, changes, and updates;
14. Schedule the day of sales into available aircraft space;
15. Assist with organizing fundraising events and holiday company parties;
16. Other duties as assigned.

PAY RANGE: $17-$19 p/hour; 40 hours per week
