Job Summary

You will work closely with guests, travel agents and wholesale partners over the phone and through email to share the UnCruise Adventures small ship soft adventure experience. You will provide exceptional customer service while responding to inquiries, answering questions, making bookings, taking payments, etc. with the goal of bringing each conversation to a booking. Quickly developing a rapport with the caller, sharing your passion for the company and product and utilizing appropriate information-building and closing techniques will help you to be successful. You will be working in a team environment. 

This is a full time non-exempt position located in-person at the company’s headquarters in Seattle. This position is Tuesday – Saturday and reports to the Reservations Manager.
