In assisting with flight activities, you will play a key role in the safety, fluidity, and success of NorthStar’s operation.

- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Monitoring and tracking flight operations

- Preparing flight manifests using weight and balance

- Communicating and coordinating with employees and aircraft via radio

- Tracking and recording data

- Assisting with daily paperwork

Desired qualities:

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all departments of the operation

- Safety conscious and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated with quick decision-making skills

- Good time management

- Leadership

- Record-keeping experience and organizational skills

- Some experience in aviation is preferred but not required
