- Operate cash register
- Check IDs and verify validity before selling
- Stock shelves
- Greet customers and answer general questions about Skagway and our selection
- Assist with organizing large freight shipments 1 day each week
- Various cleaning tasks as needed (dusting, washing cooler doors, mopping, etc.)
- Open and/or close the store

Candidates must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8 hours at a time. Cash register and customer service experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is preferred, but not a requirement.

All employees must complete an Alaskan Training for Alcohol Professionals (TAPs) class within 30 days of start date. This course is paid for by the company and the certification is good for 2 years.

Housing (sorry, no pets) is available for full-time employees.
