Cape Fox Tours is seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Chef to help with different tours throughout the summer. The Chef will be responsible for providing an enjoyable experience for the guests and be able engage in friendly conversation with them while providing demonstration. Chef will be responsible for food ordering and prepping meals throughout the summer. Chef will work directly with others including other chefs and wait staff. Guest must be knowledgeable with the techniques for preparing different meals.

Duties Include: 

Responsible for performing inventory and ordering food and supplies from suppliers
Responsible for performing inventory and ordering alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages from Director of Beverages
Perform demonstrations of specific meals for various tour operations
Knowledgeable on food and specific techniques with cooking
Provide clean work environment while demonstrating and within the prep kitchen
Meal prep for tours each day
Provide outstanding customer service while demonstrating meals
Perform additional duties as assigned 
Requirements: 

Customer oriented, friendly, and energetic 
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task 
Food Handlers Certification  
Knowledge in food preparation
High school diploma or equivalent 
Prior work experience is a plus 
Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
