The Trust Land Office: Partnering with the Visitor Industry and Supporting Alaska's Communities
Event description
Are you looking for land in or near Alaskan tour industry communities for a lodge? A business? A remote camp? The Trust Land Office manages pristine parcels available for sale, lease, or permit in and near key cruise, coach, rail, and independent and adventure traveler destinations across Southeast, Southcentral, and Interior Alaska.
The TLO manages lands owned by the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, an independent State corporation. Revenues generated from Trust lands stay in Alaska and support individuals and communities, and are used to improve the lives of Trust beneficiaries: Alaskans who experience behavioral health conditions and developmental disabilities. Your business with the TLO will help funds the Trust's annual $25M+ grant program for Alaska's beneficiary serving nonprofits, service providers, state and local governments, Tribal entities and other partners.
The Trust's board recently adopted a strategic plan that recognizes the importance of partnering with the tour industry, and leadership at the Alaska Mental Health Trust Land team is excited to speak with you about opportunities to develop Trust lands to help improve beneficiary outcomes and support thriving communities across Alaska.
